About Sarah
Hi. I’m Sarah de Castro. I facilitate change and healing, and enhance performance through coaching & modern therapy, drawing on hypnotherapy & EMDR.
I’m a performance coach, modern hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner. Certified and highly trained in numerous techniques, I’m a University Master Coach(Paris Panthéon-Assas) and certified EMCC senior practitioner as well as a clinical hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner.
Since I was a kid in New Zealand, I’ve turned to personal development tools to continually up level and explore the strange and wonderful life we’re in.
I conduct research at the cognitive science and psycholinguistic laboratory at EHESS /
École Normale Supérieur, looking at optimal coaching practices. I’ve created a method to bring helpful and sustainable change, help people evolve and find peace.

I’ve done loads of different jobs from waitress, a stint as a journalist, and more recently held a series of C-level and board of director member positions, growing several startups into thriving scale ups.
I’ve worked in departments of large traditional corporations, directly with company founders and as a founder myself, honing marketing vision and communications, in Paris and internationally.
A range of experiences that, combined with intense training and certification, has led me to where I am now, creating the “work”, processes and tools, I share at the Vision Stories and in my continued research at The École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences), a graduate-only research institution that has a unique standing in the world of research and higher education in France and is part of the École Normale Supérieure.
