No one can be hypnotised against their will. When in a state of altered awareness, you are not asleep; instead, you enter a dreamlike state where you remain fully focused and aware of every word said.

During hypnosis, and afterward, you will never do or say anything you do not want to. You will only accept and act on positive suggestions that align with your highest benefit. In fact, during hypnosis, you are more in control of your mind and body than at any other time.

You can choose to return to full consciousness at any moment, and it is impossible to become stuck in hypnosis. You naturally enter and exit a hypnotic state over a hundred times each day, when you are in deep concentration but not overthinking.
