I integrate Polyvagal-informed EMDR, a neuro-informed approach to healing, which enhances the traditional EMDR method developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro. This approach allows us to work with your nervous system to and your subconscious brain to process and release the pain of past experiences.

During a session, I will guide you through the process, ensuring that you remain fully present and in control throughout.
